Come as you are
On a typical Sunday you will find people of various ages, some wearing suits and others in blue jeans with sneakers. Worship is from the heart, not in what you wear.
Traditonal worship style
Services are traditional in style, featuring the old hymns along with some contemporary choruses.
Bible-based teaching
Thought provoking messages based on the Bible. You'll walk away knowing that you are important to God and to us.
Weekend experience that lasts for one hour
The worship service starts promptly at 10:15am. We value you and your time, so keeping the worship service to one hour is important.
Fun for the kids
Children ages 3-12 will enjoy age appropriate teaching through the Hillsong video based curriculum. Nursery is provided for infants and toddlers. For the safety of the your family, all church staff and children's volunteers are screened and certified.
Friendly people
Whether it's on Sunday or mid-week, you'll find small groups connecting to share life with one another. At First Congregational, acquaintances become friends and friends become family.
Where should I park?
On-street parking is available as well as the following locations:
- Prugh Funeral Home - 4th & Washington (enter off Washington)
- Public Lot - NE corner of 4th & Washington (enter off 4th)
- Public Lot - NW corner of 4th & Valley (enter off Valley)
Handicap spots are available in front of the church with assistance into church if needed.
Valet parkinig is available on church holidays.
